I'm not sure who is doing this.  But I am more than happy to provide the
list to whoever is.  Of course, The List is in need of a little update.  One
of the many things on my "to do" list.  And I do adjust it now and again
when I figure out that something that I thought was original is not.  So
whoever wants to put it on the web needs to tell me how to send it to
them -it's a word document- and then tell me how they want to handle the
updates and changes.
