For the word documents, you can save as the document in the html format by
saving as usual but during the selection for the type of documents, choose for
"web page html" format.  For the update.. you can do the update in your PC and
save it in html format before sending it to the person who put in on the web...
or just e-mail the update info for the webmaster to update it.... it's up to
you....
