Hi Folks,
Well, yes that certainly sounds like a legitimate homage. It seems to me
there has been discussions both in music and in comics about when using, as
opposed to merely referencing, another's creation crosses the line from
"homage" to copyright infringement. Obviously, the Groo character in Angel
doesn't come close to that. (I was just kidding about suing)
