It more of less went like this:

The idea was kicked around, including some grand ideas about a shirt that
would mimic Groo's gear as well as tunic, and we talked about incorporating
Groo art.  Mark let us know that he & Sergio would rather not have us make a
shirt with Groo art.

So then ideas about what should be on it were kicked around and what color
it should be-some folks really didn't want orange-and others were concerned
about cost.  I found a guy here locally who could do them for a reasonable
price.  Then it was just a matter of settling on the design.  Nate provided
the font and somehow we decided on "Did I Err?" and groop at groo.com.  I think
it was mostly decided by a pole.  Then I took orders and then had them made
and then (almost) everyone sent money and then I sent out the shirts.

Next time I will get the money before placing the order, although it all
worked out eventually and some later Groopies like Chris were very glad that
some others never paid for their orders.  And, like I said, next time there
will be only one variety of shirt.  (well, maybe 2 if some folks don't want
groop at groo.com on the back.) Then it's just a matter of what size everyone
wants.
