[Groop] Padding

Ive noticed quite a few people writing in "just padding my total".  Thats 
disgusting.  It is an embarassment to Garys number one total that someone 
can just write in with nothing even remotely interesting to say, and still 
get credit for a post.  I for one would never discredit the list, and make a 
mockery of the year-end totals by stooping to such a low level.
