[Groop] OT question

Greetings,
I know that someone was able to translate the
definition of Mulch into various languages.  Does
anyone know what software was used to do this and is
it a free download?  I need to get a phrase translated
from English into French.
Please reply privately so as to not tie up the Groop's
e-mail (although that would pad your count a bit
more).
