Yes.  This is definitely illegal, and a violation of a whole bunch of
copyright laws.  The only question here is whether or not Sergio and
M.E. are content to let it pass in the hope that it might expose a few
more people to Groo and boost sales a bit, or if they don't want
anyone violating their copyright in any way.  Based on comments M.E.
has made on similar issues in the past, I can't imagine him wanting to
do anything but stop people making Groo PDFs available for download.
