Sorry, no chance.

Probably could copy it to VHS video and mail it to one person, who
would watch it and then mail it to another person, etc.  But, every-
one in the chain would have to be responsible enough to watch it
in a reasonable amount of time (1 week perhaps) and pay for post-
age to send it to the next person.  If someone broke the chain,
then everyone would be screaming, "You are the weakest link!"
That would be a mess ...
