I also hae put the dragon together.  It was a little
difficult, but, like it was said, if you have a little
experience w/ minis you'll do fine

I just used super glue on mine(a lotof it)  but I
would suggest pinning the head to the body to add more
stability.  As oof now my dragon is currently
decapitated and i haven't had time to re-attach his
head.
