[Groop] Groo Vs Wolverine

Maybe my copyright law info is off, but isn't this a pretty clear
infringement of both character's owner's rights?

It's not a good depiction of EITHER one... Yet it's not being sold as 'joe
bozo's original art'  - its using the copyrighted names to try to unload the
scribble....

I know eBay is lame about this, but they *did* finally shut down the guy
selling the scanned comics  (about a month after the auction]

(to say nothing of the fact that they are very obvious it is not drawn by
