Don't worry, Ryan, it happen to the best of us! It's just not
PHYSICALLY possible to have every Groo Comic and not have one or two of
them signed. 

My theory is that the little doodles of himself that Sergio puts in the
comics are themselves the culprit! That's right, the cartoon Sergio is
signing the comics!!!
