My interest in Groo started in the summer of 1993. I saw Groo in a used 
book store and I recognized Sergio from MAD. I went straight to the 
nearest comic store and was happy to find that Groo was still being 
published. There it was, issue number 117. That was the issue Mark and 
Sergio got into a fight and Sergio wrote the whole issue without words. 
I "read" that issue driving back along the lake. I went on to collect 
all the issues, cards, games, etc. As many of you know, I have been 
slowly reading them for the first time ever since (I just got to #90 
last week).
