[Groop] Groo depreciating?

When I look through my Groos I can find a lot of the Groos I bought around 
'94-'96 when I was filling in some missing comics.  Many of those are still 
in the plastic sleeves I bought them in and several have price stickers.

Most of them are around the $10-$14 range.

But now I can find those same Groos in equal or better shape, for just a 
couple of bucks.

So was I just being ripped off back before everyone used the internet for 
purchases?  Or is Groo depreciating at an alarming rate?

P.S.  I told my older brother that I had restarted collecting Groo after a 
10 year hiatus.  He asked me what the going price looked like.  I replied, 
"Heck they're cheaper to get now than when they first came out."  heh
