[Groop] MAD on DVD

Has anyone gotten a hold of the MAD DVD yet?  I ordered it a month or so ago
from Amazon and it has been delayed once again.  I really want it.  Anyone
have better luck or another place to optain it (or has it been delayed by
the publisher?)
