[Groop] Buzz & Bell/Smokehouse Five

Question for those of you who own copies of these graphic novels:

I believe with Buzz & Bell there is a Hardcover and a Softcover.  Can 
someone tell me the differences between the two?  Was only the Hardcover 
numbered?

Smokehouse Five:  Was there only a Softcover version?
