... which is, of course, eBay's position; they will only 'do the right
thing' basically to prevent [god forbid] they could become a party to one of
the billions of transactions on which they make their money...  So if the
right-holder doesn't contact them [basically give notice that they are being
used to infringe the copyright] they won't really listen to others even if
its pretty clear.  I'll have to see if I still have the email they sent me
about this once back when they cared to explain their actions, unlike now.

copyright infringer to court.
