Mark,
Let us see how many Groo characters matching the alphabet I can
come up with. In the following list I also included alternatives, so you
could potentially have more flexibility. I am not sure if your mail
reading program can read html coded e-mails rather than just plain text,
but I typed out the completely new possibilities in red so they can
stand out a bit more.

- U

- V
Vano, The birds of Vultura or maybe just "the Vulturians", (King) Vaca,
- Weaver and Scribe
Witch of Kaan, the Wheel Keeper, (the Great) Wizard, (King) Witt
- X

- Y
Yegua,
- Z

Darn it! I really thought I MIGHT just be able to fulfill the
whole alphabet. I did manage to fit in six of the blanks and got a butt
load of other alternatives. All you need now is to some how mess with
just H, J, U, X, and Z. Good luck!
Perhaps you should print up some new Groo comics and introduce
some new characters before completing the 25th anniversary. Now don't
you wish in the past you came up with new character names in an
alphabetical order? :-)

By the way, in case anyone was wondering how I could come up with
so many character names in the first place, don't. Remember I have been
a long time Groo fan and collector. there is no way I could have that
much intelligence or memory. ;) However I suppose I might be somewhat
crafty because I somehow figured out I could read through all the Groo
collector cards. :-) At least I am smart enough that I can read, much
like Groo.
Well, I hope that helps, Mark.
