[Groop] Groop Membershipcards on eBay

Hi Folks!

Here's the deal.  I had to make some generic cards to round out the
order and Sergio said it would be OK to sell them at the con, so I did.
I still have a few left. Same with the old orange cards.  I think I will
do what George suggested and put them up in a "Buy it Now" for $5 plus
shipping and handling.  Of course they won't have Sergio's signature.
Probably that's the real attraction.  

Meanwhile, here is the message I sent the 2 bidders.  (Probably against
all ebay protocol)  

Hi!  My name is Gary Grossmann (The biggest Groo fan in the world) and
with Sergio's permission, I made those GROOP Membership cards and sold
them at Sergio's table for $5.  I still have some.  I will be happy to
sell you one for $5 plus postage so that you don't have to buy it from a
cheesy Con goer who pretended to be a Groo fan!  Contact me at

does it, it jut stacks up!)

Not only that, but they are being sold through a Trading Assistant, 
so you don't even get to see accurate feedback on the actual seller. 
And the prices being asked will leave the seller with just a few 
bucks per card, probably not even enough to cover the original price 
of the cards.

I'm also amused by the description on the 25th anniversary card where 
it states that:  "It was released to celebrate the 25th Anniversary 
of Groo and was available only at the 2007 San Diego ComiCon."

What a Drumm!
