53? I always thought you were in your late 30's ;)

Groo keeps you young!

Heh... the church league I used to play in was kinda infamous for injuries. 
No one stretched but me. Some even gave me a few funny looks occasionally 
when i was stretching behind the dugout... but there would invariably be 
like four or five people limping to their cars after every game!
