[Groop] CBLDF cards

Tom,
            I ordered both the membership card and the Groo print from
the CBLDF the same day or night I heard on the Groop they were
available. I quickly received the membership card within just a couple
of days. However there was a bit of a snag at my post office because
they misplaced the print for a few days. I had contacted CBLDF to inform
them of the problem and mostly to keep an eye out for a return of my
print. They actually wrote back to me within just a few hours after both
the initial and follow up e-mails I sent. I was actually impressed by
how quick they replied and their helpfulness on the potential problem.
            I would say wait an extra day or two. Perhaps they just have
an event or project they are dealing with. It could also just be their
primary customer service employee is on vacation, and they do not have
the man power to field every inquiry at the moment. Remember they are a
not-for-profit organization. I have worked with non profit companies
before and sometimes their staff can be few.
