Hey Gary-

Well, here's a shot at untangling my bit of this wonderfully (maybe needlessly) complicated card conundrum...

One Tunic Orange card-

EGAS SEMN EDDI HEHT for the 16 digits.

D. REINHARDT for the name

and SINCE I GROOED seems fine for the 'member since' bit, since I can't think of anything I like better.

One Silver card-

25YR SOFC HEES EDIP for the 16 digits (amazing how much fun you can have with those 16 little spaces ;P )

DAVID REINHARDT for the name

and SINCE JR HIGH for the 'member since' (I found my first Groo at the age of roughly 14 or 15 in a local public library of all places... ah, Groo... warping the minds of impressionable youths since '82, hehe)

Cheers,
David

I had originally planned to keep the Groop Membership Card reorder nice and simple. Same first 12 digits, same color, only changing what the generic card said so it wouldn't become dated. Basically just giving the relatively new members a chance to get the card.
But heck! Why make things simple when they can be made more complicated?!?!?
Changing the basic template of the card; everything in black ink, would constitute a new design and that would cost more, so we are not going to do that. BUT

I talked to the card people and it won't cost any more for part of the order to be Groo Tunic Orange and part of the order to be 25th Anniversary Silver.
And we really don't have to decide what the first 12 digits are/say. I did that originally for simplicity sake, but they can actually be anything the individual wants them to along with the last 4 digits. That is where we can get creative with the silver card and make a 25th Anniversary of Groo connection. So if someone wants GROO 25TH YEAR plus 4 randon digits and someone else wants GROO 25YR 1982 2007 we can do both. If you want it to say HIDDEN MESSAGE or MENDICANT backwards, you can do that too.
The generic cards will probably say MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING again and will say Member Since I GROOED. The generic orange card will keep the original 12 digits followed by a generic 4 numbers. Last time it was 5000. This time it will probably be 5001. The generic silver card will probably be GROO 25YR 1982 2007 or something very similar.
Also please note, the letters and numbers are printed in some special font that card people use. It is very close to COURIER NEW in caps and that is what I used here to try and show you what things will look like.
Soooooooo, I am officially throwing open the door again to anyone who wants a Groop Membership Card.
You must tell me:
Do you want orange or silver?
What do you want the 16 digits to be?
What do you want the name on the card to be?
What you want it to say after "Member Since"?
To those who have already ordered, please tell me:
Do you want orange or silver?
What do you want the full 16 digits to be?

Take care all, -Gary G.
