[Groop] Sorry I haven't posted in a couple of days I got sick.

I caught the flu at the con, I guess, or was it a Groo thing, who knows. Thanks for posting the photo Eric it came out nice. 

Before I forget, here is some news you probably hear it already but yes Sergio is writing the Groo/ Conan thing into a 6 part series, can't wait to see how he does it. Sergio will be plotting the Spirit and Mark will be doing the writing. Magnor will be coming out in a trade paperback and depending on how that sells it might come back in a new series so get em when they come out. That's what I can remember from the panel there were people taking notes so they might have more information.

Back to the con, alot of people have said that this was a big con. I guess, but I am so jaded from going to Wizard con and Otakon (Anime fest in Baltimore takes up both buildings, unlike this con that took up one of the big rooms) that this was small, but I guess with all the talent that was there this was a big one.

After the panel and meeting Sergio I guess my day was done cause that is all I needed for the day, but I walked around and talked to Kyle Baker, who was by the way next to Sergio, and found out there are some really great people who are artist writers. I also met Mike Mignola, I hope I spelled that right, Creator of hell boy he was nice enough, but he was the guest of honor and boy did he have a line. Talked with Eric Powell, The goon, and I think he sold me on giving his comic a whirl.

That is what I did for the rest of day one.

Well That's it for now I will write more once I finish reading my 25th anniverary special.
