Just to clarify, I was answering the question "why wouldn't you buy it?"

The DeFuccio family is entitled to do whatever they like with whatever he
left behind; they don't need my approval. But I won't be bidding on it, and
if I were in their shoes, I think I'd try to be more selective about what I
put up for auction. But that's just me.
