Oh believe me, the planning has been a nightmare. It took quite a bit
of doing to get the proper (expensive) permits for the buses to be able
to bring the kids in that day. The bridge are closed to all traffic
except certain authorized vehicles, including buses with very specific
permits to go to one specific spot to park, be it RFK Stadium or any of
hundreds of drop-off zones. You have ONE drop off zone for a very
specific time, DON'T be late! 

If we have an extra seat or two on the bus we could probably sell it
for a mint, LOL!!! (NEVER!)

Frankly, I don't even know yet if we have tickets to get into the
National Mall or not! I'm waiting to hear back from the school, who are
waiting to hear back from their Senator. I also don't know if they
remembered to include me in their ticket request, LOL! 

They've completely closed some Metro stations, others are designated
ONLY for bus drop-offs, but you've gotta have an expensive bus drop-off
permit with a specific one-hour window. We had one, then it got
cancelled on us, but luckily we got the parking pass for inside DC. 

Ya know, I think I should wear my Groo hat as well!

If there is any chance of getting a Groo Card Game up some evening, I'm
up for it!
