[Groop] Groo game and expansion

I've only played a handful of actual games, but they are always fun and wild! Never as many as 6 players, though, I think 5 was my limit. As in your case, even folks who didn't know Groo loved the game!

Subject: Re: [Groop] Groo game and expansion

So, I actually got to play a full 6-player game last night and got to
use the expansion deck for the first time. Thanks for the list Ronny,
I never noted them down before I shuffled. Firstly, fun game. No-one
else knew anything about Groo when we started, but all managed to have
a fun time of it over 2 matches. Kudos to the game designers. (For the
record, I got my butt kicked).

Secondly, while going through Ronny's list and sorting cards back into
their respective decks, I noticed the cards in the expansion are
printed in a slightly less dark black font for the card name (top
left) and there is an extra space before the card name starts (the
lettering is not justified as far left as it is in the main deck).
That should help you more quickly sort through which cards belong
where if you play on a more regular basis.

And lastly I'll not pad my posts and try and keep to my usual one/year
by mixing topics: My Groo stuff is all on display(ish) in my room with
the Game and expansion at the front of my games shelf and the comics
and lunch box getting a shelf of their own in the book case.

And now, back to my regularly scheduled lurking.

Mike.
