I know how you feel Larry, I quit my job back in June for basically the
same reasons as yours. Primarily due to the length of my hair, I was even
threatened with dismissal if I didn't get it cut. They of course backed
down when I told them they would have to fire me before I cut my hair. What
makes it so funny is that I worked for a public tv/radio station. BTW if
anyone living in Philadelphia reads this don't give WHYY TV 12/ 91 FM money.
Good luck in your job search. Hey if your interested you could check
where I used to work. They do publish their own magazine. If your NOT a
white male with long hair you have a chance of getting a job there.
